Tallow has been used for generations as a natural skin conditioner—often called the original “body butter.”
Our skin cell membranes are made up of roughly 50% saturated fats, and tallow closely mirrors this composition. These fatty acids help support healthy skin cells while delivering essential nutrients that aid in skin repair and regeneration.

Our recipe and process remain consistent with every batch we make.
Because this is a handcrafted product made with simple, high-quality ingredients, you may notice slight variations in texture from time to time. Temperature and seasonal changes can affect the finished balm and that’s completely normal. We choose not to use synthetic stabilizers or additives to control texture.
When the balm is cool, simply warm it between your hands to soften before applying. It melts at body temperature for easy absorption.
Occasionally, you may notice a slightly grainy texture. This can happen with natural fats, just rub it between your hands and it will smooth out and absorb beautifully into the skin.
